WHO WE ARE
De Faveri & Partners is a self-governing and independent organization that has been dealing with Strategic Consulting, Asset Management and Agency services in the real estate and financial sector for over forty years, assisting Institutional Investors, Private Investors and Families and important Economic Operators in activities relating to analysis, enhancement, development and integrated management of real estate portfolios and individual assets.
In addition to professionalism, fundamental elements of value have always been confidentiality and discretion and today, thanks to a qualified team operating in synergy with an important network of relations and partnerships and through the use of digital management and collaboration platforms, we are able to efficiently manage complex real estate development processes and to actively manage investment opportunities in both real estate assets and NPE credits.
Activities developed by our organization have their strongpoint in a number of distinctive elements that can be integrated in different ways within the projects implemented:

Mario De Faveri
For more than forty years Mario De Faveri has dealt with strategy and finance in the real estate and tourism sector, corporate reorganization and territorial marketing.
He participated in the study for new management strategies of Lombardy Region’s public building real estate assets and alongside the Polytechnic of Milano he dealt with the marketing and territorial redevelopment of the Navigli Lombardi system. He deals with the creation and development of financial / real estate operations and participates in strategic development in the creation of real estate portfolios.
Mario follows and participates to meetings and conferences for the study of new real estate development strategies for the use of new corporate aggregation and advanced finance tools.
He has always participated in various Boards of Directors of real estate and financial companies.
Sebastiano De Faveri
Following a multi-year activity, Sebastiano De Faveri – Managing Partner of De Faveri & Partners – has developed qualified know-how through studies, activities and experiences related to the world of real estate strategy and finance in various asset classes (commercial, managerial, logistics, hotel, etc.), and the NPL and UTP sector, both from the Investor and the Servicer point of view.
Sebastiano works on behalf of qualified individuals such as Institutional Investors (SGR and Investment & Asset Management Company, Private Equity and Insurance Funds), important families, GD-DO and tour operators etc. to define development and asset enhancement strategies, to organize and manage the investment and / or divestment analysis and decision processes, coordinating the various activities up to the final definition of the deal, also playing an active role in the negotiation phase.
His activity is also performed directly as Director of the companies involved in the development processes in order to ensure that Clients comply with the objectives established in the Strategic Real Estate Development Plan.
Sebastiano is involved in Masters and Conferences, having recently coordinated the entire Sustainable Real Estate Master Tuition Course organized by Ca ‘Foscari Challenge School in synergy with IUAV University as well as the Real Estate Finance Module in the “Development, management and regeneration of real estate assets” Advanced Training course organized by Ca ‘Foscari Challenge School.
